Wonderfully Wicked Read-a-thon Wrap-up

October 21-23rd

Twitter Hash Tag: #WWReadathon

Hosts: Bex @ Kindle Fever and April @ My Shelf Confession

Despite the fact that I had a very busy weekend and not much time to read (I worked all day Friday, babysat part of the day yesterday, and then had to work 1/2 a day today in addition to having a wicked sinus headache);  I did get to participate in all but one of the challenges and have some fun talking to the other participants on Twitter:)  Love meeting fellow bookworms!!

I didn’t read as much as I’d hoped…3 books was an ambitious goal when I’m lucky if I finish 2 a week normally. I read just over 300 pages – I finished one book and am about 1/4 of the way thru the second. I’m off now to watch Once Upon a Time and then try to sneak in a few more pages of reading before bed!!

Thanks to the hosts and those that posted such fun challenges.  This was my first RAT and I had a blast!

1.  Photographs & Phantoms – Cindy Spencer Pape (finished 186 pgs)
2.  The Language of Flowers – Vanessa Diffenbaugh
3.  Seers – Heather Frost
4.  Beauty & the Werewolf – Mercedes Lackey
5.  Beatrice Munson – Lorena Bathey
6.  Every Other Day – Jennifer Lynn Barnes
7.  Irish Fling – Valerie Douglas (on page 120)

  1. It was nice talking to you all on Twitter! It’s my first RAT too and I had so much fun, despite the fact that most of us were ill this weekend.

    You did great!!!
Are you joining us next week (well, this week for me, since it’s already 2 a.m) during the Bout of Books read-a-thon? xxx
